Astro A40 TR Mixamp- PS4 Audio Balance Discussion in ' Community Support ' started by ahNov 8, Hello, I've had my A40TR's for almost a month now and I've ignored the fact that when I scroll all the way to voice I can hear the game audio as well as people talking. Option I scroll it all the way to game I hear nothing at all and no sound or people talking. On my old mixamp it wasn't like that. I've ps4 out the youtube videos to make sure I connected correctly to the option and have the latest firmware etc. Do I take it back? Hey ah, It's because your settings on the PS4 are incorrect so you have the console outputting everything to the Headphones cable instead of outputting game audio to the optical cable and voice audio to the USB cable. Try following my guide below and this should fix your mixer. Connecting to your PS4 - Connect the Micro-USB cable from your MixAmp Pro TR to your PS4 console. Output recommend using the USB ports which are located on the 100 of the console and not connecting through a USB hub.
